2. SMS Notification Policy

2.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS notifications, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Movomint and our service providers. These messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Order status updates
  • Schedule changes and notifications
  • System alerts and important communications
  • Account-related notifications

2.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on your usage of the Service.

2.3 Carrier Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to and received from us. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Movomint is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of receiving SMS messages.

2.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by using any of the following methods:

  1. Reply STOP: Reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.
  2. Contact Support: Contact our support team at support or email us to request opt-out assistance.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications from us. However, you may continue to receive text messages until your opt-out request is processed, which typically occurs within 24-48 hours.

2.5 Re-enrollment

If you have opted out and wish to receive SMS notifications again, you can re-enroll at any time by contacting our support team.

2.6 Help and Support

For help with SMS notifications, reply “HELP” to any message you receive from us, or contact our support team through the methods listed above.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movomint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
